These Terms of Service apply to use of the online store operated by Urushi Studio Kodemari and to purchases made through the store. By using the store or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and the store policies.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product contents, prices, availability, and sales conditions are shown on each product page. Because of screen display differences and the handmade nature of the products, colors and finishes may vary slightly from photographs. Gold-Color Finish refers to a brass-powder color effect, and Silver-Color Finish refers to a tin-powder color effect. These descriptions do not mean that the products contain real gold or silver.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Payment is confirmed when the order is placed. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We may hold or cancel an order and contact you if stock is unavailable, a price is clearly displayed in error, fraud is suspected, delivery is unavailable, or another unavoidable issue arises.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
The Shipping Policy applies to delivery. The Refund Policy applies to cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

USE AND SUPERVISION
Minors must use this kit under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Follow the instructions supplied with the product.

PROHIBITED USE
You must not misuse the store, place an order using false information, infringe the rights of others, or use the store for conduct that violates applicable law or public order.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Text, images, videos, instructions, and other store content belong to us or their lawful owners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use beyond personal use is prohibited.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer's place of residence.
