CARRIER AND SERVICE
International orders are shipped by Japan Post using International Small Packet (Registered). This service is displayed as “Standard” on Shopify. A tracking number will be provided after dispatch.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Our business days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE
Standard shipping to countries and regions available at checkout is free and included in the product price. The applicable weight range is 0–2 kg.

DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 7–14 business days. Delivery may be delayed by the destination, customs clearance, public holidays, weather, or postal conditions. The usual estimated time from order to delivery is approximately 10–19 business days.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Before placing your order, check the recipient name, address, postal code, country or region, and telephone number. If an address problem is identified, we will place the shipment on hold and contact you.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
The customer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax, customs clearance fees, and any other charges imposed at the destination. Amounts and import requirements vary by country or region. Please check with the relevant local customs authority before purchasing.
