Delivery:
Orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation using Japan Post International Small Packet (Registered). Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 7–14 business days. Delivery may be delayed by customs clearance, weather, public holidays, or postal conditions.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before shipping preparation begins. Cancellations are generally not accepted after shipping preparation begins or after dispatch. Except where an item is defective, damaged during delivery, incorrectly shipped, or missing components, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds because the product differs from the customer's expectations, because of perceived differences in color, shape, pattern, or texture, because the wrong product or finish was ordered, or because the product is no longer wanted or needed. Ceramic pieces are selected at random, and individual variations from photographs are not considered defects. For defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders, contact us within 14 days of delivery with the order number and photographs.
